The
Hotel Pašike
is
located
in the
very centre
of ancient Trogir,
the town
that has been
continuously
present with its history
and culture
even from
the
prehistoric
time. Spirit of the past
periods
you can feel
and find
in its narrow streets, 7
devine
vertical
church towers, patina of the Medieval
stone
houses,
but with no doubt, the most precious
is the Romanesque Main Portal of the
Cathedral, built and signed by world's
famous Master Radovan in 1240. A
high cultural and historical value of
the buildings, and best preserved monuments
of this small town has been noted
and the main reason why Trogir is on
the UNESCO list o f world's cultural
heritage. The Pašike hotel is located in
the part of Trogir called Pasike
where till the 15th century the
houses had been made in wood
and afterwards the constraction of stone houses
took place. Some of the houses from
that period could be seen even today.
